All money collected will go directly to parade costs and to support local veterans and / or veteran organizations. and submit, along with proof of insurance (if required). Paperwork, including maps, passes, and acceptance letter will be sent out after the submission deadline of October 9th 2019

I understand that all automobiles (in parade), equestrian units, and float units require proof of insurance prior to October 9, 2019. I will, if applicable, Mail, FAX, or Email proof of insurance to: Pageantry Productions P.O. Box 2400, Downey, CA 90242-9998 - FAX: 562-889-1927 or Email: PageantryEvents@aol.com prior to October 9, 2019.

We are not an automobile in the parade, equestrian unit, or float unit.

ACCEPTANCE: *

I have read the parade rules. I understand that by submitting this form we agree to comply with the parade rules and requirements. We understand that at no time is any unit/entry allowed to solicit, hand out, or throw anything along the parade route, without permission from the Parade Committee. We hereby agree to release and hold harmless the Long Beach Veterans Day Committee, Pageantry Productions, The City of Long Beach any of its members, or agents and the owners, management of the grounds or location where the event is held, from any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this event.

This will allow the Parade Committee to balance the parade and stay within the time frame allotted for this event. AT NO TIME IS ANY UNIT/ENTRY ALLOWED TO SOLICIT, HAND OUT, OR THROW ANYTHING ALONG THE PARADE ROUTE.
